Just some updates..

Work has been the usual lately, getting more and more used to it because I have not been taking it too hard which is unusual of me but a good start I dare say. In the past, I used to take every mistake I make to heart or every reprimand that I receive. Then I told myself why am I thinking it that way? Why not turn it the other way round? Life is too short to be unhappy seriously.

My progress in driving is quite fast though. Learning vertical parking for my next lesson already. Whee! The start of the 3/4 stage according to my booklet.  I love driving lessons because it just helps me to destress, don’t know why either.

Next up, I have been meeting up with friends too but the outings seem to get lesser and lesser. Where are you my friends? haha. Currently waiting for kamini dear to be back so that S4 and uni mates outings can resume as per normal fortnightly! Missing those times alot. Those simple dinners, random topics and endless laughters. Thinking back, I really miss all of you. Let’s meet up soon please!

This whole week is really packed because I have other monetary commitments. haha. Earning some side income from other avenues. One main basic income is simply not enough to feed my never ending shopping desires really. And besides, I need to get a car to claim my transport allowance for work so tell me, when can money be ever enough for me? lol.

Random Thoughts Ep4

Welcome back to my blog! haha. its gathering dust over here. Shall update u guys on recent happenings.

Recently had planned a surprise scrapbook for twin together with garrel. Hope she like the scrapbook although when doing it we met with hiccups.  =x But overall, I think it looks NICE! haha. I so thick skinned. Her birthday celebration was held at the Sakura at Punggol Marine. Food galore I can say but I can’t eat much. Me and twin go for buffets always bo hua one, so we don’t have buffet together. hehe. She was all smiles that day and it warmed my heart. I can feel her happiness and joy. The aura is just so strong and it affected me too. In a positive way of course.

Twin, one year older le, hope u will achieve your dreams/goals and also stay cheerful always! Twin-ship forever. I mean it from the bottom of my heart.

On the very same day in the morning, I went for my FTT and I passed! With flying colours somemore! haha. FULL MARKS! ok. I know its no big deal but it is to me. And another good news is my dad allows me to use his car for practice! Woohoooo!!! I will def have ample practice le. Whee~ Lessons won’t start this week I think, hopefully can start next week because I need to get license ASAP and also hopefully a small car to drive around for work purposes primarily.

Had swollen eye today so took MC and rest at home. Did some housework too and suddenly realised I missed staying at home. I missed the times when i go home after sch then I proceed on my jogging then followed by project work. Everything was at my own pace. But now, ever since I have started working full time, one whole day is burnt and by the time you reach home, you will be too tired to do other stuff other than surfing the net for me that is. The hours spent on watching TV programmes have been reduced to a mere 1 hour. Well, at least I get to learn new stuff while at work and also to toughen up myself so as to adapt to the working society. I admit I was too protected last time. Now no more.

One of my friends will be away for 3 weeks and I am soooo going to miss her. Promise me you will take care of yourself over there ok? When you are back, and if it is within my means, I will definitely go and fetch you without a doubt!

current happenings

On friday, I was arrowed. Oh well. I didn’t know the full picture of what I was doing + mad rush so I just followed his instructions. Turned out that it was my fault which it isn’t at all. Great. At that time I thought, I had faced with the reality of the working world. That day, I didn’t take it down easily so wasn’t feeling normal. But after sharing, I felt much better. Thanks to those who lent me a listening ear.

On a lighter note, I went to JB on sat! Bought a pair of wedges, sunglasses and necklace. All for like only $40! haha. Good bargain right? Next time I go into JB again (which will be quite soon), I am going to buy a pair of heels and flats hopefully! Oh ya. I also treated my mum dinner. She seems so pleased about it. lol. Took some photos of the food we had. Going to post it up onto fb SOON.

Lastly, I am soooo looking forward to the long weekend because it spells outing with the gals + pri school gathering! It will be filled with fun, talks, photos, gossips and alcohol!

updates

Thanks to my friends who msged me to ask how was my first week of work. So far so good I can say but the tension is building. I just can feel tight deadlines coming my way. On a side note, I am loving 5 days work week now. lol.

And since I have the free time now, I shall blog.

I watched Despicable Me with twin on Thursday. It was indeed a nice and very funny movie! I was laughing like non stop! Especially the part about it’s so fluffy I’m gonna die! Absolutely LOLX! Had Popeye’s for dinner and KOI on that day too! Without a doubt, days with twin is always so fun. Thanks twin for always being there for me. A friend like you is so hard to come by and I am truly glad I found you or should I say I am truly glad we crossed paths. Twin-ship FOREVER!

On friday, I had to report to office earlier because I had to finish the assignment that I was given on thursday. It was a mad rush in the morning preparing all the materials needed. But it all ended well so I guess it all paid off.

Today is Sunday already. Tmrw another working week starts. Challenges and deadlines await me! Embrace them Priscilla!
